I began my journey into social in 2010. It was at an inspirational industry event here in Boston called Inbound. I was hooked. I actually launched an Inbound Marketing Program for my company at the time and realized that the industry of social media and more specifically, social MarTech was were I wanted to be.

It has been a wild and wonderful ride. Today I am at Khoros helping customers make customers for life. We are the merged result of a best-in-class social care and community company, Lithium Technologies - coming together with a best-in-class social marketing company, Spredfast. Our customer engagement platform allows our customers to engage their customers one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many - helping them build a world class customer experience for all of their customers.
